Soul and Sport Ventures™ Payment and Cancellation Policy
Booking Information
Soul and Sport Ventures™ retreats fill up 90 -120 days in advance, so it is advisable to make your reservations as early as possible.
Please confirm availability before purchasing your flight. Prices do not include airfare. MasterCard, Visa, AMEX, Discover, checks, and money orders are accepted via PayPal. If payment is made through PayPal, an additional 2.5% processing fee will be added to your total.
A $500.00 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your space. Shared and private rooms are available on a first come, first served basis, therefore earlier bookings offer a better choice of rooms, so please call for availability. After payment is received, we will send you a Confirmation and Welcome Packet with additional information needed for trip preparation prior to your departure. Retreats are for adults 21 and over only, except where noted otherwise.
Travel and Flight Information
Please book your flights to arrive on the first posted retreat date and to depart on the last posted retreat date to and from Lihue, Hawaii.
The Soul and Sport Ventures™ shuttle is available between 2pm and 6pm on these days only. If you miss your shuttle, ground transportation
via bus or taxi will be at your own expense. Final booking of your flight is not necessary before retreat registration.
Room and Payment Information
A non-refundable deposit of $500.00 must be made at time of your reservation to hold your space. The remainder of your payment will be split into two payments, half to be paid 60 days prior and the remainder to be paid 30 days prior to the start date of your retreat. Discounts are offered for those that pay in full. Please inquire at 1-877-704-3401.
Cancellation Policy
There is no refund for arriving late or leaving a retreat early. If you must cancel your retreat,more than 60 days prior to the retreat start date, you will be charged a cancellation fee of
25% of payment policy less the deposit. If you cancel your reservation 30-59 days prior
to the retreat start date, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of payment policy less the deposit.
If you cancel your reservation within 30 days of the retreat start date, you will forfeit
85% of payment policy less the deposit. If you cancel within 14 days you will forfeit 100% of your payment.
Exceptions to our cancellation policy cannot be made for any reason, including weather or personal emergencies.
Soul and Sport Ventures™ strongly recommends purchasing travel protection insurance to cover unforseen circumstances.
If Soul and Sport Ventures™ must cancel a retreat for any reason, all payments received to date will be refunded, or which constitutes full settlement. You may reschedule, with no penalty, to go on another retreat within one calendar year. Soul and Sport Ventures™ is not responsible for any expenses incurred, for any canceled retreats. Expenses are
listed but not limited to the following: airline tickets, costs incurred due to travel delays, flight cancellations or illness. Guests who fail to provide personal information and a signed “Liability Waiver and Payment/Cancellation Policy” forms prior to their arrival date will not be allowed to join the retreat. Furthermore, the above cancellation policy will apply.
